O`Charleys in Cary

I just ordered a classic cheeseburger, but my daughter ordered a kids chicken tender meal. She requested grilled tenders, so our waitress suggested a grilled chicken breast instead due to the portion size. Excellent suggestion, and kudos to our attentive waitress! Would definitely visit again.

My wife and I had a very good experience this week on a Friday evening at peak time. The hostesses were friendly, and our meals (salmon and chicken pot pie) were very well prepared. Our server was excellent - attentive yet gave us space to quietly enjoy our meal.

We had the Prime Rib 2 person special that included an appetizer, a side & plenty of warm yeast rolls. It was a delicious meal & our server Mitchell was very attentive. The fruit teas were very good with free refills.

Food was absolutely delish! Raven, our server was VERY nice even though she was scolded by the person who invited me to go with her for brunch after church. I wrote Raven a personal note on the receipt to encourage her that she did a VG job and gave her my monetary tip. I didn't at any time want her to think that I was displeased with her service.

This restaurant just seems to be getting worse and worse. Their famous rolls tasted as if they had been setting awhile although the server insisted they were fresh out of the oven. The tea was finally strong enough this time. The pie slice just looked sad.

We were pretty positive this place wasn't around anymore, but we're happy it was. It has a very wide variety of food, all of which is super tasty. I had Cajun pasta with steak and loaded potato soup, which was soooooooo cheesy and I loved it. My fiance had prime rib that was cooked to perfection, but wouldn't let me steal any. I really like the interior because it's mostly wood and homey.

I had placed a to go order through door dash & my side order of broccoli was missing as well as the rolls. I called and spoke with the manager & he was really nice, he apologized and explained to me that there was a recall on broccoli which I completely understand. I was able to go to the restaurant and get a side order of rice instead & some rolls, he also gave me a few extra chicken tenders for the kids, & even offered a slice a pie. I’m extremely happy with the way they treat their customers, the food was great & I will be going back!

The smashed potatoes with bacon was good. The honey chicken was ok. I ordered kids meals. the cheese pizza was burnt and hardly no cheese. my daughter would not eat it. the chicken tenders were dry. they did eat the macaroni and my son hate a piece of the burger. Fast service and door dash deliveres in timely manner. Thanks because I know some days just be off days.

Food is really good. All you can eat chicken tenders on Tuesday. All you can eat catfish on Thursday. Good bartenders. Stephanie is an amazing waitress!! Overall nice place to visit.

The food was great! Good-size portions at lower prices than most places. I'd never had fried pickle chips before, but these were yummy! They set the standard for me. My husband enjoyed his seafood combo which was a good price and the caramel pie is to die for!! Will be coming back!!😊

My fiancé and I are from Maryland and if it wasn’t so far, we’d come here all the time. We both ordered salmon, fried pickle chips, pie. It was amazing. The server was very personable and the cook came to check on us as well. Definitely don’t get this service up north. I sent him back to order the next day for me. I would recommend this to anyone.

Friendly, some servings bigger then others. The fish and chips were good but only got 4 peices 3x3 maybe of fish, looked like a child serving, cat fish was good but 2 small pieces. Chicken pop pie was generous, salmon was generous, rib eye was good cooked good. Waitress was nice, place was clean. Kids eat free! I would've given 5 stars if the other portions were good.

Good service, good food, good lunch menu. Soup, salad, and delicious rolls are a real bargain

Had a great meal here, the French dip did not disappoint, the before meal buns were hot and fresh. Had not eaten at one of these since '93 in San Mateo, CA. Nice to see they're still around.

I got in super late from a flight from the West Coast. I was looking for something decent and somewhat healthy to eat. Their salmon dish was really tasty! They have everything from healthy(ish) to unhealthy. If I’m ever back in North California...I’ll be back.

The best potato soup ever! Apps and entrees are awesome and I have been coming here since 1994

Very tasty food at a really good price. Portion sizes were large and satisfying. The service was fast and friendly. Overall a good experience.

The steak tasted like.rubber. this is first time I have ever.tasted meat that poor at O Charley's. Won't be eating that again there .

Today was my first time eating at O’Charleys. I would definitely recommend it to everyone. I had the best server, Megan C. Her service was great!! 10/10 recommend.

Lol this place is a disaster. The heavyset male manager couldn’t run a lemonade stand if he wanted to. Food takes forever, staff are absent.

I appreciate you and your employees being open during this time. However, we ordered a dinner for 6 tonight as we did a week ago. (We are only a family of 4) The amount of pasta we received tonight was about equal to the amount we had LEFTOVER from last week! It didn't even feed 3 people this week. (My husband had to eat food from home as there wasn't enough for him to have any after having ventured out to pick-up!) No whole pies (which we got last week) so we received 6 1/8 pieces of chocolate pie (not the pie we had even chosen because...you were out). Guess it's good you are running out of food and shrinking the sizes but we won't be overpaying again.

I loved that y'all are beside the hotel we stayed in. Our server Marty was great, the food was perfect. Thank you.

My husband and I had a great lunch today. I had the French Dip sandwich and my husband had the Fish Tacos. Our server was very nice and attentive. We will be coming back!

Every time I've been there, the food has been great. You also get a discount if you're staying at the nearby hotels. The service has generally been good, with only one experience that was less than perfect.

Food and service was extremely terrible. My children were served old food that was cooked over...it literally crumbled at the touch, vegetables were mushy with a mildew smell. Also they put salt in every alcoholic beverage without asking your preference. As I am a diabetic I didn’t appreciate that at all. I will never dine here again in my life!!

Great food, good service and prices

So not only was the order wrong to start with but when remade it was then just cooked past well done but just burnt. Even though we got told half the money would be returned because my husband had to come back out to get the second order it was a waste. So much for attempting to have a nice dinner while in town.

Adult food was great. Kids food was awful. Sent back and got something different and it was still bad. Kids eat free but yet i was charged for it even though we didn't even eat it. Server was very nice but to busy to really be as attentive as needed.

Never heard of this chain before. This first trip was fantastic.

Went out for my anniversary, hadn't been to O'Charleys in YEARS. Remembered it be be a good experience before, but this time was completely different. I would like to point out the wait staff was great, the food on the other hand was not up to par. Chicken was over cooked, as well as my asparagus, it was literally charred, tasted like coal. The broccoli was raw, which I like raw broccoli, but not when it's meant to be steamed. The bacon smashed potatoes were cold, and still had undissolved flakes in them. Was only given 2 stars due to the hostess and our waiter. They were friendly and wonderful.

As always, exactly what we expected. Great staff, great food and good process. The one in Jacksonville NC shut down and we had one hell of a waitress. Gabby was her name and she made the experience their great. Last night we had Megan and she was also great. Hopefully we can get back here soon.

Staff was not exceptional. Many complications between servers and the hostess. The food was amazing.

When I got to O'Charley's, there was great discontent with the takeout service. It was very backed up and customers were unhappy with a long wait. My companion and I dined in. The service from the waitress was very good, but it was obvious the restaurant was under-staffed. It took quite a while to receive our entrees. I ordered plank cooked salmon because it was the only fresh fish. I'm not paying $10 for frozen catfish!! The food was good when it finally arrived. If you eat here, be prepared for a wait for the food.

The staff was very pro. They took good care of us. Our food came out hot and In a timely manner. Will be back soon

The prime rib special was PERFECT! Steak was lean and cooked exactly as requested. O'Charley's loaded potato soup is the best we've had anywhere in US, Canada, Europe, etc. Loaded potato side is nicely presented and Margarita was enjoyable with this dinner. Service was excellent.

Expect to wait for a while. The employees don't even ask customers that walk in who they're picking up for... the worst part was when customers who walked in were waiting for long periods because the only employee in the front of the house was busy answering phone calls after phone calls while the number of people who kept walking in were being ignored. Terrible. I know it's a difficult time but at least have an organized way of helping customers who walk in for pick up.

I ordered through door dash and this is by far my favorite spot to order delivery from! The food was perfect! The set up was great. Love how everything was organized and they included the perfect amount of toppings! The food was delicious!

Had food delivered to me and there was no napkins, straws, utensils, condiments or butter for the rolls. Called, Greg Gibbs (GM), he tells me there on a request basis. Food was good but wish I had Ketchup and a napkin to wipe my hands off after eating this greasy burger. Or maybe I’ll eat my Mac and Cheese with my fingers. I’d suggest changing that policy considering the fact the McDonalds even knows to give you straws, napkins, and utensils. When ordering online they don’t give you the option of “requesting” those things.

Light above the table was literally in me and my Husband's eyes. If we were any taller our heads would have been level with it. This was really annoying. The food was good. My prime rib came mediumish when I asked for it well done. The waitress was OK, they were kind of busy when we arrived but once it slowed down she made a point to be more personable. Overall it was an alright experience, definitely wont be rushing back anytime soon..

Tonight my family and I went to lantern festival and decided to give this place a try. We were absolutely starving so pretty much anything would have tasted good or so I thought. The food was horrible and our waitress Kayla was not up to standard to say the least I dont think she smiled once and had an attitude the whole time! Had to ask the hostess for bread as she disappeared. Believe this is the first time my husband has left less than 15% tip.

First visit for lunch & I was not disappointed. Good menu selection. Salmon was perfectly cooked with great sides

Pretty good my first time visiting an O'Charleys location prices and selection are both pretty decent. Stay away from the pontoon punch not good. Opt for the Tito's lemonade. Rolls were also delicious and fresh baked. Give them a try 4 stars. 🌟 🌟 🌟🌟

The free bread that comes with the meal is absolutely amazing! Reasonable prices as this place feels more like a homier version of Applebee’s. The flaming mango margarita (or whatever it’s called) was delicious! Not the best chicken pot pie I’ve ever had, but it was good enough. Good value for what was provided, so we came here twice during my visit in Cary.

I eat close from bar and service was fast and friendly. I noticed a lot of seniors going for dinner there. Food was good and place was clean.

Ordered through website u had doordash delivered it doordasher picked it up than cancelled my order never recieved food now I'm being told by manager a week to refund my money an he will put it in later on in the day what's that why should I have to wait untill he feels like doing it very disappointed
